Some of the primary goals of the CSC are: - Create fair and equal opportunities for all employees - Create an efficient work environment - Offer a variety of services to enhance employees’ careers and personal lives Responsibilities The Civil Service Commission possesses a variety of responsibilities in response to employee needs.
