Real estate experts in NJ agree it’s a seller’s market. Where they differ is in their opinion on how the market will react if, as expected, the Fed lowers interest rates to around 6% when it meets in mid-September.

Thank you, NJ Spotlight News, for highlighting the delays and frustrations of the FAFSA. The students in More Than Bootstraps, led by Melissa Reyes, Roselyn Munoz, and Alyssa Tentle, in collaboration with local partners like the Passaic Public Schools and Passaic County Community College, have done tremendous work in spreading the word that there's still time to #DotheFAFSA, that it's safe, and that more students than ever qualify for federal financial aid, it's incredibly frustrating that some young people, especially students from mixed-status families, continue to struggle with glitches and problems and remain unable to complete the form. With the September 15th deadline for New Jersey state aid rapidly approaching, what does the future hold for talented, ambitious students whose financial aid may be delayed or denied?
