Thank you to all the women who attended yesterday's first in-person book club meeting to discuss "ADHD for Smart Ass Women" by Tracy Otsuka, JD, LLM, AACC. The discussion was powerful, and sharing personal experiences allowed everyone to engage, learn, and be curious. ✨ We talked about the importance of redefining the diagnosis and the tools and resources used to succeed personally and professionally, learning that 75% of women remain undiagnosed! Each person has unique "superpowers" in different areas as natural disruptors. It's crucial to understand oneself, passion, and purpose. 💗 We are grateful to all who participated for their vulnerability and openness. We hosted our Book Club yesterday and Tracy Otsuka’s book “ ADHD for Smart Ass Women” was our topic. This book is a game changer.
