We finished the Midtown Athletic Clubs 7 years ago, it was a six-story ground up new construction of a 90,000 sf fitness club and 60,000 sf hotel with 55 rooms overlooking the Chicago skyline. The Perennial Corktown Apartments in Detroit is perfect for modern city living with great community access. The ground floor includes a market, a restaurant, and a welcoming lobby. On the second floor, you'll find private living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, and dining areas. Additionally, for residents there’s a pool deck, an outdoor lounge, a fitness center, and dedicated work from home stations.
