At our Library Board meeting on May 16, Vice President Stacy Oliver was appointed as President, Trustee Janet Spector Bishop was appointed as Vice President, and Trustee Barbara Unikel was appointed as Secretary. We welcome our Trustees to their new officer positions! We also want to thank Howard Jay Glaubinger for his three years of service as Board President and Maura Crisham for her three years as Secretary. Both Jay and Maura will continue to serve on the Board as Trustees. Each year, the Board’s nominating committee asks members about their interest in officer roles. Last year, as Board President, Jay emphasized the importance of rotating leadership and announced his intention to step down as President at the end of the fiscal year.
