We are living in an unprecedented era where AI models evolve weekly, reshaping what is possible in healthcare every day. The real challenge, however, extends beyond mere prototyping; it is about creating AI-powered solutions that are safe, reliable, and uphold the fundamental principle of doing no harm to patient care. At Notable, we are not just tackling point solutions with large language models; we are dedicated to a platform approach. This involves building robust infrastructure to seamlessly integrate with any healthcare data source. We curate golden data sets with human-in-the-loop review and rigorously test every foundational model, fine-tuning them to address the unique workforce challenges that our partners face. Our vision is clear: an AI Agent for every job function in healthcare, designed to double productivity and eliminate work queues. Consider a recent instance where Notable's automated weekly testing of foundational models uncovered significant improvements on both precision and recall for a specific solution. This enhancement was immediately rolled out across thousands of daily automations, boosting productivity and outcomes. Our platform’s flexibility makes us the only player in the industry that spans multiple solutions—from pre-visit chart prep with partners like Community Health Network to HCC suspecting with Castell and Security Health Plan, care gap chart review for Montefiore Health System, referral fax automation for Montage Health, and automating payer-plan matching for RCM teams at Austin Regional Clinic: ARC. As we expand our AI Agents, I’m proud to highlight our partnership with MIT. Together we’ve created AI Agents to assist with complex clinical authorizations. In a recent evaluation, our teams demonstrated exceptional accuracy—92% in answering clinical questions in real-world production scenarios. Not only do these results match the quality of current staff, but they also feature improved audibility and a feedback loop that enables continual improvement at a pace previously unseen in the industry. A heartfelt thanks to our partners at MIT Health and @Brian Schuetz for their visionary leadership in redefining healthcare possibilities and process change management. Your collaboration is crucial as we lead the charge in technology implementation and robust change management. Interested in learning more? Reach out to build wish us. Let’s inflect healthcare workforce productivity together. #HealthcareInnovation #ArtificialIntelligence #MITHealth #ChangeManagement #PatientCare #AIinHealthcare

In healthcare, managing administrative tasks efficiently is crucial for increasing workforce productivity, but what role can AI and automation play? Consider the common process for managing incoming referral orders: sorting faxes, verifying documents for accuracy and completeness, and manually entering and uploading data into the EHR. It’s mundane, repetitive but necessary administrative work. When a process has a series of repeatable steps, you can build digital flows to do these steps—aka intelligent automation. Automating repetitive administrative work uplevels staff, allowing them to perform top of license and provide the highest quality care to every patient.  Other processes ready for AI-powered automation:  - Prior authorizations - Inbound and outbound scheduling - Care gap outreach Where would you leverage AI and automation? #AIinHealthcare #IntelligentAutomation

How long does it take your organization to process a referral? How many people are involved? For many organizations, crucial processes like processing referrals and managing prior authorizations still rely heavily on manual work. This isn’t just about the patient access team handling a fax; it involves a complex web of steps involving multiple teams: - Patient access team: transcribes faxes and initiates processes - Revenue cycle team: takes over to handle authorizations - Call center team: schedules the patient Each step can easily lead to problems. When you multiply each staff and patient interaction, you don’t just add complexity—you multiply it. This leads to breakdowns and delays that can impact patient care. The administrative burden in healthcare is not new, but there is new technology. Implementing AI in your health system can up-level your staff, increase productivity, and lead to real outcomes—and it’s already happening today. Montage Health is already seeing results. With Notable, they reduced no-shows by 11%, increased point-of-service cash collection by 2.8%, and yielded $2M in annual value from revenue capture and cost savings. #AIinHealthcare #HealthcareInnovation

What a week! Over the past few days, our partners have rolled out several new flows that we estimate will automate 1M+ tasks annually. Check out what went live.👇 - Enrollment recommendations: Advising Medicare patients on optimal plans automatically - Payor plan matching: Using AI-driven rules to predict and fill in the best insurance options directly in the EHR - Post-visit payments: Simplifying how patients handle expenses after their visit - HL7 ORM integration: HL7 ORM feed for streamlined prior authorization ingestion - Prior authorization workqueue clean up: Authorization processing without staff involvement - Care gap outreach campaigns: Proactive outreach and scheduling for multiple care caps, from Medicare wellness visits to diabetic follow-ups - Mammography referrals: Automated orders with linked documents This is the work that eliminates manual data entry and drives tangible outcomes for patients and staff. What’s a workflow you’d want to automate?
