At Novant Health Foundation, we know our interns are future change-makers with the potential to transform communities. Welcoming our four purpose-driven interns this summer has been a truly rewarding experience. As of last week, they have completed their internship, and their enthusiasm for philanthropy and commitment to giving back has made such an impact on all of us. Our teams have been inspired by their fresh perspectives and dedication, and we’re excited see them continue on to make a difference in our communities. We would like to extend a big thank you to the Novant Health Inclusion & Pipeline team, Shemeka D. Shufford, MBA and Kristi W., for setting our team up for success. Your assistance every step of the way has been nothing short of remarkable. Additionally, we're deeply grateful to the Novant Health leaders (Jamie Feinour, FACHE, MLS (ASCP), Michael Riley, Dr. Jonathan Wilson, Yvonne Dixon, Jay Norton, JD, MBA, Dr. Bill Hamill, Meeta Gandhi, MHSA, and Marissa Michaels) who generously shared their time and expertise with our interns. Your support and guidance have made a significant difference in their learning and development. Lastly, we have so much appreciation for the many team members who took the time to mentor and encourage Javon, Tessa, Trae, and Elisabeth: Sharon Carr Harrington, JD, CFRE, Kim Flowers, CEAP, TJ Delcourt, Jermaine Burns, Katie Boylan, Amy Maher, and Jennifer Clifford.
