We're excited to hear from a lineup of inspiring speakers at next week's #HospitalityPathways conference for our Apprenticeship, Restaurant Ready, and HOPES programs — starting with Derrick Green, founder of Waffles and Whatnot. Beyond his insightful restaurant experience, Green is the son of a father serving life in the correctional system. Having spent years as a suicide interventionist, victim advocate, and business strategist, Derrick believes each person was born with a unique gift or contribution to society that can change their life. We look forward to hearing from Green about how to turn life's experiences into the ingredients for the sauce of life. 🙌
