Nurturing Diversity Partners (NDP) provides education, training, and consulting services to foster diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging within institutions and communities. NDP is a program of Jackson-Kaplan Consulting LLC, a Milwaukee-based company founded in 2017. The firm is co-owned and managed by Reggie Jackson and Dr. Fran Kaplan.
