Exciting news! 💰🌿 SCEP has just announced a $66M investment expanding access to low-cost energy efficiency financing. The Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund Capitalization Grant program provides states and territories access to a pool of capital for energy efficiency projects in public buildings, residential and commercial buildings 🏢 AND technical assistance. Revolving Loan Funds can be replenishing pools of capital where payments can be recycled to fund projects well into the future. Each federal dollar used to establish a revolving loan fund at the state or local level has the potential to jump-start local economies while helping combat climate change.
