Our people

David Ogilvy used to send every new head of an Ogilvy office a Matrioshka doll. As long as the leader opened every doll, in the last one, they would find a message, which has in time become one of our defining mantras: “If each of us hires people who are smaller than we are, we shall become a company of dwarfs. But if each of us hires people who are bigger than we are, we shall become a company of giants.”
