Attention, Parents – this is important for you to know. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Federal Trade Commission have issued an alert regarding cannabis products containing Delta 8 THC that are in packaging that appeal to children. The Ohio Division of Cannabis Control urges parents to take steps to ensure children do not obtain these dangerous, unregulated and untested products. The FDA and FTC sent a cease-and-desist letter yesterday to five companies that have packaging like the ones shown, stating they must stop marketing these products to young children. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲:Since the Division of Cannabis Control does not regulate products containing Delta-8, these particular items do not meet the stringent standards through our testing labs.
