The other day we attended the PRE FAB Workshop presentation at COSI - Center of Science and Industry where three groups of high school students demonstrated their designs for custom upper limb prosthetics.     The groups created devices that allow children with upper limb differences to be able to play lacrosse, do pushups, and even kayak.   Some notable quotes from the high schoolers who created these fantastic, innovative devices:   “This experience is a great way to connect and understand design.” “Technologies can be made by everyone, not just professionals.
