Our summer internship started yesterday giving high school and college aged students a look into different healthcare fields from Surgery, to Inpatient, to Guest Services, and everything in between. It's an 8-week program aimed at providing students interested in healthcare careers the opportunity to gain practical experience while offering valuable exposure to a healthcare setting. Our summer interns are pictured below listening to our CEO, Rick Ferguson, speak during orientation. Welcome, summer interns!

Happy retirement, Alice! She's been an RN at #OSH since 2001, and her contributions to our hospital have been invaluable. She's worked in a variety of departments, and her dedication and expertise have made a difference in the lives of countless patients. We wish you a wonderful and well-deserved retirement! 🎉

Congratulations to Brenda, Payroll Administrator! Out of our four employees who won Employee of the Quarter, leadership voted to determine our Employee of the Year and she came out on top! She is pictured with our CEO Mr. Ferguson, as he presents her with an engraved plaque and certificate, 16 additional hours of PTO, a $200 gift card to Flemings, and covered parking for a year. Congratulations, Brenda! 🎉

Another hospital week is in the books! Last week was all about celebrating our employees! We spent an entire week eating, playing games, and having fun! A big thank you to our employees for being the best of the best and continuing to help make #OSH a 5-star rated hospital! We couldn't do it without them!

🌟OSH Spotlight🌟 : Kasia, Rehab Tech Kasia is celebrating her 23rd year at #OSH, which is as long as we have been open! She said that "it has truly been an amazing journey to see this hospital grow to where we are today. I have had the privilege to work with an amazing team and I have learned so much over the years. In my department (Physical Therapy), we are not just coworkers, we are family, and that says a lot. I am happy to serve our patients with God's grace." We appreciate your hard work and commitment to OSH, Kasia! Happy 23rd OSH-iversary! 🎉

OSH Spotlight : Rhonda, Billing Supervisor This month Rhonda celebrates 22 years at #OSH! As the Billing Supervisor and Lead of the Care Coordination team, I believe I make a daily difference for our patients & facility.
