  • OMES Risk, Assessment and Compliance Director Janet Morrow will be speaking virtually at this year’s National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers (NASACT) Annual Conference in a session titled “Success Stories: Digital Transformation in State Government.” Janet will discuss the State of Oklahoma’s success in overhauling our procurement process using Celonis Process Intelligence through process mining. In less than 12 weeks, we brought visibility into procurement and reduced audit cycle times, resulting in less government spending and more real-time, actionable insights.   • 📅 NEXT WEDNESDAY: Cybersecurity professionals are encouraged to attend Cybersecurity Resiliency in Industrial Control Systems on Wednesday, Aug. 7, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Robert R. Lester Training Center in Oklahoma City. In collaboration with Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, OK-ISAC is hosting a course for participants to gain an understanding of the critical nature of industrial control system environments and the associated risks, threats and defenses within an organization, business or government entity. One of the key objectives of the program is to explore various cyber-threat mitigation techniques, as well as methods for identifying cyber-attacks and vulnerabilities. Participants will also learn about tools that can be used to respond to and recover from cyber-attacks on industrial control systems. 🔗 To learn more about Cybersecurity Resiliency in Industrial Control Systems, visit https://lnkd.in/gWr3AnqX OK-ISAC is hosting this training with funds provided by the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) through the Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security.
