Throughout July, OMG DE+I has partnered with Givsly to host the OMGlympics, a month-long competition with a purpose. This initiative aims to combat hunger locally and globally while engaging employees in meaningful activities across the country. Last week, employees across the network volunteered with Rise Against Hunger, participating in a meal marathon at their offices. Teams packed meals for youth experiencing hunger in remote, last-mile communities, contributing to the empowerment of children and families, nourishment of lives, and emergency response efforts. Together, we packed over 70,000 meals! Thank you to Rise Against Hunger, Givsly our sponsors (SiriusXM Media , Undertone by Perion, Amazon Ads, Roku, Nativo Inc, GSTV), and volunteers for supporting this cause and ensuring success in this event. #BeOMG

Another big win for an Omnicom Media Group agency as Hearts & Science is named media AOR for Tapestry. #BeOMG
There’s nothing more exciting for a media agency than working with a client known for looking beyond what’s proven to explore what’s possible - and that’s certainly true of our newest client, Tapestry. As a house of iconic accessories and lifestyle brands consisting of Coach, Kate Spade New York, and Stuart Weitzman, Tapestry has earned a unique position in the marketplace by stretching what’s possible in the world of fashion innovation and product excellence. As media AOR, Hearts & Science will stretch what’s possible, delivering omnichannel consumer experiences that build enduring customer relationships and brand growth.

This year, at our 5th Annual OMG Diversity, Equity + Inclusion (DE+I) Retreat, our mission was to #LevelUp collectively as we #discovered more about each other’s leadership styles, #distilled the employee experience, and #delivered an enhanced culture to the OMG community. Over 60 resource groups and DE+I leaders came together to dialogue, workshop, and plan the future of our organization in collaboration with senior leaders. At OMG, DE+I is a lens through which we evaluate every aspect of our organization. Through this transformative experience, and via the support of our incredible C-Suite, we were able to deepen our commitment to these values. Thank you John Swift Diana Blancone Lindsay Belisle Maxine Enciso and our Omnicom OPEN Team Ana Leen and Sofia Fugón for your unwavering support. #BeOMG #BRGsAtOMG #LevelUp
