Randy Acosta brings over 16 years of benefits advising experience to our South Florida OneDigital team. He focuses primarily on self-funded clients, but also has extensive experience with hybrid funding and fully insured clients. Randy's key focus is establishing relationships with his clients while being proactive in their success. As a consultant, his goal is to create personalized strategies that will impact the reduction of healthcare costs while also minimizing potential disruption from the employee population.
