Safety first — always. But to create a safe working environment, especially when you can't be everywhere at once, you need visibility (your eyes on the floor 24/7 👀) to know when a safety incident occurs. And WHY. That's why we show you behaviors like phone use on a lift, distracted driving, bluetooth detection, and not looking in the direction of travel. Armed with video evidence and real-time feedback, your supervisors now have the information they need for productive coaching conversations when incidents occur. And to proactively coach operators to change behaviors and get ahead of safety events. But it's also critical that supervisors properly know how to coach according to your operation's specific SOPs and what the data says. For example, one facility may have a clear policy for their sit-down forklift operators: drive backward when visibility is compromised. As Jamaal Franklin, Operations Manager with ID Logistics US, explains: "We have a lot of people that come from different buildings...and I know some warehouses allow that [going forward], but not us. And for that reason, that person hit the pole, which damaged products and damaged the forklift. So that was a learning opportunity for a lot of people who hadn't experienced it before." You probably have specific policies and procedures in place to guide corrective action. But every warehouse, even in the same network, can run differently.   That can be a lot for supervisors to remember, especially at the moment when they're having these coaching conversations. Now, supervisors don't just have the video and data from OneTrack.AI; they also have your specific protocols and coaching policies available when they need them — all in a single #WarehouseOperatingSystem. And remember, safety isn't just a policy. It's a commitment to ensure every warehouse employee clocks out safe after every shift. #WarehouseSafety #WarehouseOperations #OneTrack

How much time is lost due to an operator waiting on paperwork? Or how much time are your operators spending on productive work versus nonproductive activities? Warehouse operations move at lightning speed, with a flurry of activity as workers and machinery navigate the facility ⚡ Amid this controlled chaos, every minute is critical. But how many of those minutes are unaccounted for in your operations? Traditional labor management systems (LMS) often leave you with more questions than answers, such as: 👉 Which operators have a pattern of extended breaks? 👉 Are process improvements needed near loading doors? 👉 How long do specific customer activities actually take? These unanswered questions could cost your operation millions annually in lost productivity. That's where activity tracking comes in. Effective activity tracking offers real-time visibility into your labor productivity, enabling you to: 🔍 Monitor operations in real-time: See what's happening on the ground at any moment with QR Sign-On tracking. 📊 Identify trends and patterns: Uncover recurring downtime and tasks that consistently take longer, allowing for informed decisions that boost efficiency. 🚀 Improve accountability and performance: Hold associates accountable with effective coaching and ensure adherence to processes, leading to a more productive work environment. Activity tracking is more than just a tool—it's a strategy for visibility into every aspect of your workflow, helping you reduce inefficiencies, enhance safety, and drive profitability.

When it comes to warehouse operations, technology can be transformational. Technology can take a good operation to a world-class operation. But the only way that can happen is if you have the right people and foundational processes in place first. Reliable labor is harder than ever to find, train, and retain. Leading to higher costs, turnover, and increased safety risks. So while technology can enable your warehouse operators to out-perform, you must first invest in your greatest asset - your people. “We can all get the same buildings, we can get the same forklifts, the same systems, similar technology. But the people, they're going to drive the use of all that stuff and make us successful,” says Ryan Donovan, President of States Logistics Services, Inc. The Team at States Logistics understands that to achieve their goal of providing unmatched service quality to every customer, it begins with creating the right environment for their people and then investing in the tools and processes (like visibility into their warehouses) to make them successful.

Safer, more productive warehouses start with a commitment from leadership. Yet, there's a critical piece that often gets overlooked. The supervisors. But good supervisors are already in short supply (be sure to let yours know how much you appreciate them). And reliable labor is harder than ever to find, train, and retain. Leading to higher costs, turnover, and increased safety risks. Enter employee coaching. When you accelerate warehouse operations with technology like a Warehouse Operating System that provides critical AI-powered visibility, supervisors need coaching and leadership muscles that they may not have had to flex before. So here are 3 tips to turn your warehouse supervisors into safety champions. 1️⃣ Use video evidence and data. 2️⃣ Treat safety events like game film. 3️⃣ Hold supervisors and operators accountable. With these tips, you're well on your way to creating safer, faster, and more productive warehouses with your supervisors leading the charge.

What do Tom Brady, Eli Manning, and the best warehouse supervisors have in common? 🏈 The greatest athletes and coaches of all time review game film after every game. As nicholas watson, EHS Manager at Neovia Logistics, says: "What they do more than anything, it was watching the videos. Watching the plays where they messed up so they can fix it. They got it from data from the videos." That way, they can see what did (and did not) actually occur instead of relying on perception or what they think happened. They look for breakdowns in strategy and pick up on behaviors on the field, evaluating performance objectively and identifying areas for improvement. Then, they use those insights to level up their play and prepare for the next game. Similarly, OneTrack's Warehouse Operating System is your operation's game film, providing the critical visibility needed to set your supervisors up for success. Instead of relying on paperwork, grainy CCTV footage, or unreliable testimony to make key coaching decisions, use video-based evidence to: Set expectations. Lean into the data. And hold operators accountable by having the most productive coaching conversations possible at the right moments. You'll be shocked at how quickly your warehouse safety, labor productivity, and shipment quality can start to improve.

The challenge: Receiving OS&D claims with no great way to validate shipment quality beyond paperwork and manually taking pictures. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. It's often the struggle that many warehouse operations are faced with today. But you can break free from the status quo. How? Hear from the ID Logistics US Allentown leadership team about their commitment to quality with OneTrack.AI automated load capture. "We used to have to take pictures of every load going out for internationals. Now we're able to just take that video and send it right to the customer," says Joe Labrosky, Distribution Center Manager (GM). It's incredible to see the team's dedication to innovation (from quality and productivity to safety) and forward-thinking approach to operations! Gone are the days of taking manual photos for every shipment. Now, ID Logistics can automatically record, document, and validate every pallet loaded onto a truck, all in a single Warehouse Operating System.

“That shipment we just got has damages.” Or how about, “We’re missing a pallet from the last shipment.” How often do you get that call from a customer or end delivery location? Trailer returns are costly and frustrating. And if you’re a 3PL and customers are pointing fingers at you, that can hurt the customer relationship. For many operations receiving OS&D claims, there is no efficient process for validating shipment quality beyond paperwork and manual pictures. But there’s a better way. Whether it’s for continuous improvement or proving that the product left your facility in perfect condition, you need better visibility into the entire loading process. Here’s 3 steps to transform your load quality process and get ahead of potential OS&D claims 👇

Does your warehouse have a no-tolerance phone policy? Let's face it: that doesn't always stop associates from catching screen time between racks. Or even worse, texting while driving. Distracted driving (such as talking to other associates or not looking in the direction of travel) is the most common leading indicator of more severe accidents in a warehouse. And it can also be a productivity killer. Our data shows it: The number one cause of distracted driving in a warehouse is phone use 📲 It's an issue that's happening in (almost) every facility. And one of the biggest challenges that Nick Palczynski hears about when speaking with leaders from 3PLs and shippers. He says: "We can all agree that it's probably happening in the warehouse. But how do you catch it, and then, more importantly, how do you coach on it? So measuring it is one thing, coaching on it and improving it is another." A zero-tolerance phone policy alone isn't enough. Your team needs a way to identify unsafe driving behaviors and coach on those safety events early and often to ensure the safest possible warehouses. When introducing #OneTrack to a facility, we often see hundreds of phone events initially. But our #WarehouseOperatingSystem doesn't just track these events. It provides video-based coaching to help improve behaviors for lasting results. From day one, our customers begin seeing significant phone event reductions. For instance, ID Logistics US decreased phone use violations by 99% with OneTrack! If you could see everything happening in your warehouses, what could you achieve?

Never miss an incident in your warehouses again (and eliminate the dreaded “I don’t know” feeling). How? 👇 Some of the world's most successful 3PLs and shippers are using OneTrack to get critical visibility into their warehouse operations. It's your eyes on the floor 24/7, providing real-time, video-based alerts of every safety incident (and unsafe behaviors) in your warehouse. So instead of spending hours cycling through grainy CCTV footage hoping to maybe catch a glimpse of an incident, you'll know exactly what happened. And more importantly, how it happened. With this video-based data, you can proactively coach associates, driving accountability and changing unsafe or unproductive behaviors. From hard forklift impacts, phone use, bluetooth devices, product hits, too much idle time, and everything in between. With one Warehouse Operating System, you can: 1️⃣ Monitor operations 24/7 2️⃣ Alert your team in real-time 3️⃣ Continuously improve operations 4️⃣ Make data-driven operations a reality Not sure where to start? Forklift safety is often where our customers find initial success. Check out our ultimate guide to learn how to build a video-based (and data-driven) forklift safety program.
