Well, I timed the same operation in Onshape, a PTC Technology as SOLIDWORKS; replacing five HAVF airfoils in a propeller blade from a newer generation in my blade optimization software. The time in Solidworks was 1:49. The time in Onshape is 1:10. That's almost 50 seconds faster, or about twice as fast! So, thank you for the saved time Greg Brown. Stay tuned as I compare the finished models from both software, with updated chords and AOA. The sly among you may realize that these airfoils I am replacing are not from my book. Then where are they from?!
