A healthy, high protein, no bake, Blueberry Cheesecake Cup you won’t regret!🫐🍫 Ingredients: - 1 serving Oobli Cacao Dreams, shaved - ¼ cup greek yogurt - ¼ cup cottage cheese - 1 tbsp blueberry jam - 2 tbsp crushed graham cracker crumbs - ¼-½ cup blueberries Directions: • Add the yogurt, cottage cheese and ½ tbsp of the blueberry jam to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth. • In a cup or small container, layer the graham cracker crumbs, remaining jam, blueberries, cheesecake mixture and Oobli chocolate shavings (feel free to make as many layers as you’d like). • Enjoy as is or set in the freezer for 30-60 minutes for thicker texture! #oobli #healthydessert #newrecipe #lowsugar #chocolate #healthyrecipe
