Quantum computing. What can it do right now? Over the past few months, the team at Helyx have been investigating the applicability of current, cloud connected quantum computers to solve geospatial optmization problems. Standardization is key to integrating new technologies into large enterprises, therefore, this work has been presented in ad-hoc sessions at the last two The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Meetings and summarized in an OGC Discussion paper (currently in draft). We look at applications in logistics, space, data sampling, and knowledge graph classification. Take a look! #quantum #geospatial #standards #ogc https://lnkd.in/e46p4t7q
