At Orlin & Cohen Sports Medicine, we don’t just take care of our athletes. We take care of our physicians, too! It’s all about teamwork, collaboration, and, of course, a little friendly competition. Today, we’ve got Dr. Ryan Krochak going head-to-head with his patient, Plainview basketball star Justin, in the ultimate BlazePod plank challenge! Who’s got the core strength and shoulder stability to claim victory? Is it Justin, who’s been training hard on the court, or Dr. Krochak, who’s proving that doctors don’t just have brains? It’s important for patients to see that their physicians are invested in their therapy. When athletes witness their doctors participating in PT sessions, it adds an extra layer of motivation. They’re not just there to prove they’re ready for competition—they’re there to show that they can keep up with their doctors, too! In the end, it’s all about working together and pushing each other to be better. But let’s be honest—bragging rights are also on the line here! #repost from Lewis Lupowitz PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS, FRCms
