You will oversee the entire media department (excluding search), providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure the team delivers exceptional results. You will manage client relationships, own resourcing, and drive innovation and growth within the department. This position is also responsible for developing media strategies and overseeing execution across various channels and client portfolios, locally, regionally, and nationally. As AMD, you must foster collaboration among multiple departments within the agency. Our media team is quickly growing so it is important to have experience leading teams, growing capabilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and technology. PLEASE SEND A DIRECT EMAIL IF INTERESTED TO: [email protected] Experience Required: 8+ years of agency experience planning and managing multi-channel media programs. 5+ years of management experience mentoring and training junior-level team members. 3+ years of experience running large-scale local lead generation campaigns for brands with over 100 locations. Experience in running lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in a confident manner to client executives and upper management. Deep understanding of when and why to use different media channels and tactics based on client business objectives and KPIs. Understands campaign objectives/strategy and able to present insight in reports to clients as well as field/anticipate questions. Experience planning, buying, and optimizing across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Programmatic (Video, Display and CTV), etc. with the ability to identify and easily adapt to new channels. In-Depth knowledge of marketing automation and marketing technology stack. Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting. Meticulous self-starter who can keep track of multiple projects, meet deadlines, and help keep the team on task. Ability to speak to how traditional and digital media work together. Comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement, and various data sources and methodologies. High attention to detail. Significant Microsoft Excel skill with an understanding of pivot tables and vlookups.
