    "Why Do We Struggle with Our Jobs" Is the job I have now something I planned and prepared for? How many of us can say that? Before starting my current job, I had never even met anyone in this field. If I am now in a job I never considered, why is that, and how should I accept it? And what should I do when problems arise? I believe I have this job because I met the right people at the right time. Whether I like it or not, my circumstances and the logic of the world aligned when I started this job, whether by choice or necessity. So, what should I do if this job, given by fate, is difficult? Should I accept it and just live with it? Will changing jobs eliminate hardships? I don't think so, because the new job would also be chosen under the same logic. From my experience with many job seekers, job issues usually fall into three categories: 1. Relationship issues, 2. Lack of interest in the work, and 3. Concerns about the future. Firstly, relationship issues are often difficult to solve and usually pondered alone. This is the most common reason for job changes I've heard. While solutions may not be clear, recognizing that colleagues or superiors may also be struggling because of us can help. Ignoring or resenting them won't solve the issue. Dealing with them with compassion might improve relationships, though it's not easy. Secondly, some people feel their job lacks meaning beyond earning a living. This often happens when the work is too simple or not interesting, or due to personal circumstances. In such cases, keeping busy and contributing to the organization's growth can help. Even if no one seems to notice, time will reveal the effort, and it will eventually benefit you. Thirdly, worrying about whether the current job aligns with future goals is common. If your current job doesn’t contribute to your long-term goals and circumstances allow, it might be time for a change. We all need hope for the future. If changing jobs isn't an option, try to find tasks within your current role that bring you closer to your dreams. Additionally, many feel that their current salary doesn't match their abilities. However, no company will ever pay more than what one thinks their skills are worth. Everyone feels underpaid. Yet, we work because of recognition from people around us, our dreams for the future, and for our loved ones. It's impossible to list all the challenges people face at work or offer all solutions based on my limited experience. However, I wanted to share and discuss these concerns. As we've all experienced, the jobs we have now, which we never planned or dreamed of, will inevitably have problems. This is true for all of us.
