I’m back with more exciting news! It seems when it rains, it pours—this time with incredible opportunities! Here is my Milestone Interview: Redefining My Journey and Impact (https://lnkd.in/gWdjP9wE - Page 20-24) I’m thrilled to share this significant interview with TurkNetworkMagazine —a defining moment that marks the official unveiling of my reinvented self and transformative journey since moving here nine years ago. Stepping into a new identity was daunting, filled with uncertainty and fear. Yet, with determination and a deep belief in a greater purpose, I turned those challenges into a compelling story of reinvention and success. This interview is not just a recap of challenges and growth; it’s my “After Picture”—a reflection of how I embraced change, built new bridges, and discovered the unique value of my talents and expertise. I came to realize the profound impact they could have in connecting cultures and empowering women professionals. Thank you, TurkNetworkMagazine, SITKI KAZANCI for capturing my essence and introducing the reinvented Demet Tuncer to the Turkish Business World in the U.S. and beyond. I hope this story inspires you to step out, redefine your path, and make your mark. Dive into the interview, and perhaps you’ll find a spark of encouragement woven between the lines. • Congratulations, Demet Tuncer, on this incredible achievement! 🎉We are thrilled to welcome your expertise and passion to the College of Business at Pacific University. Your unique approach to teaching “Charismatic Presence” will undoubtedly shape and inspire the next generation of leaders. Here’s to new beginnings and the amazing journey ahead!

I am beyond excited, filled with GRATITUDE, and still a little in awe as I share this news with you today! As many of you know, I recently expanded my career to include consulting and training professionals and corporate groups on "Charismatic Presence". I poured my heart into creating a workshop around it ( that's what I am holding in the picture), and that's when the magic happened—word started spreading again. Just like the early days when my career in the US took off by word of mouth, this new chapter began with a spark and quickly gained momentum. This time, it led to an incredible opportunity: teaching what I do to college students!! It only took one visionary to recognize the impact of what I offer. Dean Jennifer Yruegas of College of Business at Pacific University recognized the power of "Charismatic Presence" as a vital business skill—a concept that’s never been taught in a School of Business setting before. While executive presence is often covered, Charismatic Presence goes beyond, focusing on cultivating a magnetic, authentic style of leadership that’s essential in today’s business world, especially in communication. Now, I have the privilege of shaping the next generation of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from the ground up. How exciting is that! I’ve always believed that success isn’t something you chase; it’s what naturally follows when you commit fully, do the work, and pursue your passion with all you’ve got. Focus on the process, and the results will follow. Here’s to embracing new beginnings and this exciting journey with "Business Communication" students at College of Business at Pacific University Here’s to many more exciting updates to come! Stay tuned.... Cheers everyone!! • ✨ Welcome to Pacific University New and Transfer Students! Today, we had the pleasure of hearing from our Professor Hossein Rikhtehgar Berenji, who delivered an inspiring speech to welcome our new and transfer students. His words perfectly captured the excitement and anticipation that comes with starting this new chapter. Here’s a memorable quote from his speech: "One of the most crucial skills you can begin honing from day one is building relationships. In the College of Business at Pacific University, and as a faculty member who teaches this in various business contexts, we call it networking. Whether it’s making friends, connecting with your professors, or starting to build your professional network, these relationships will be incredibly valuable. The connections you make now can open doors, provide support, and create opportunities both during your college years and in your future career. So, don’t be afraid to reach out, introduce yourself, and start making those connections." As you embark on this journey at Pacific, remember that it’s not just about acquiring knowledge, but also about the incredible people you’ll meet and the relationships you’ll build. Dive into campus life, reach out to your professors, and connect with your peers. The friendships and professional networks you develop here will be a valuable asset for years to come. Welcome to your new home, and best of luck as you start this exciting adventure. We’re all here cheering for you and excited to see all the amazing things you’ll accomplish!
