Henk joins us with extensive knowledge in multi-unit food and beverage management, having previously worked at La Brea Bakery and Villa Blanca. In his free time, he enjoys cooking for friends and family, golfing, and traveling. In his new role, Henk will be responsible for ensuring execution at the highest level for food quality, food safety/sanitation, and will serve as a confidant to our Food & Beverage Team to deliver positive guest experiences. Congratulations to Peter Lee on his promotion from Senior Financial Analysis Manager to Director of Financial Planning & Analysis! Peter joined the PB Family in 2016 and has been rising to the occasion ever since.
