Johanna has gained invaluable experience through the program, learning to present herself professionally and exploring the welcoming culture at the Pirates. “Interviewing with both the Learn & Earn staff and the Pirates staff helped me prepare to present myself professionally,” she shares. Zachary commends Johanna’s growth, noting her impressive presentation skills and research during her internship project. “What Johanna brought to the table was outstanding,” he says.
