Whether you’re looking to get involved in the fight against domestic violence or stop the abuse in your own family, you’ve come to the right place. PADV works around the clock each day to end the crime of Domestic violence and empower its survivors. Founded by Susan May, Partnership Against Domestic Violence began with one bed and one phone, as an all-volunteer agency in 1975 and was later incorporated in 1977. Today, PADV is the first and largest domestic violence organization in Georgia providing professional and empowering support to abused women, children and men in the city of Atlanta, Gwinnett County and Fulton County. 🎉💜Thank you Georgia Bankers Association and Kendra Scott for this wonderful opportunity to not only bring awareness about domestic violence, but also fundraise for our mission!
Yesterday, I had the incredible honor of speaking at the Georgia Bankers Association Women in Banking Conference about the important work we do at Partnership Against Domestic Violence. Regardless of the industry, there is always an opportunity to highlight the impact we're making to help survivors rebuild their lives. A special thank you to Wanda Weegar for the opportunity to share our mission and message with such a powerful group of women. 💜
