Another Demo Day in the books! Yesterday we had over 200 people dial in for our Virtual Demo Day where we shared an overview of our Job Builder software, live-welded a part on our AW-3 robot, reviewed our RaaS model, and conducted Q&A. Not able to tune in yesterday? Let's connect: https://lnkd.in/g9Z2JQ6i

À propos
Path Robotics was founded by brothers Andy and Alex Lonsberry with a desire to help fill workforce gaps in the manufacturing industry. At Path Robotics, we understand manufacturers are constantly being asked to do more with less; more reshoring, more demand, and more requirements with less time, less talent, and less tolerance. We’re helping guide the Fourth Industrial Revolution in manufacturing by providing robotic support to help keep up with those challenges. Our welding robots absorb high-volume, repetitive tasks by leveraging AI and machine learning. By doing this, we’re putting humans in safe, productive environments that allows manufacturers to increase productivity and grow their business.

Our systems are optimized for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts. The advanced technology powering our robots enables them to adjust their welding approach to match the specific properties of each material type. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/g9Z2JQ6i

Unlike traditional robots that require extensive programming and manual adjustments, our systems program themselves and learn and improve over time, offering precision and efficiency without the need for constant human intervention. Ready to weld? So are we. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/g9Z2JQ6i

While you are weighing the costs of RaaS vs. CapEx there is a good chance your competitor has already decided and they will have a welding robot on their shop floor. Learn more about RaaS vs. CapEx here: https://lnkd.in/ge9SQCGY

At Path Robotics, we provide our robots with a minimal up front cost. ➡️That means we don't require a CapEx investment. ➡️That means our partnership provides the hardware and software, which means zero sunk costs on your end. ➡️ That means your cash flow is stabilized because our RaaS (Robots as a Service) model covers all maintenence and upgrades. There are no hidden costs at Path. What else do you want to know about RaaS?

What does it mean when we say our robots leverage artificial intelligence? It means our systems learn and adapt from each weld they perform. Just like a shop floor, they learn from one another. What one robot learns gets added into our AI model and gets deployed across the system. This includes perception, complex motion planning, and weld data.

We know these industries inside out and have produced miles of perfect welds Transportation: Truck and trailer chassis, components, and railroad equipment Manufacturing: Fabrication, machinery, and heavy equipment Infrastructure: Utility poles, traffic poles, sign poles, and highway structures Farming & Agriculture: Grain towers, combine chassis, and catwalks Mining: Structural frames and support beam Construction: Demolition attachments, excavator attachments, skid-steer attachments, aerial work platforms Need welding support? Co-founders and brothers Andrew Lonsberry and Alex Lonsberry learned how to weld before they learned how to drive. While Path Robotics was established in 2018, it is evident that our passion for welding was forged long before that. American manufacturing is the backbone of our economy, our country, and our company. This isn't just a business. It's in our blood.
