We are nearing completion of One Park Point, a 13-story residential building located at 11 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Serving as the construction manager for this project, we are honored to collaborate with JEMB Realty Corporation and FXCollaborative to bring this outstanding development to fruition. One Park Point includes 375 one- to two-bedroom units and boasts nearly 20,000 square feet of amenities, including two rooftop terraces. The team at Redeemer Presbyterian Church is making significant progress on the new 12-story building located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. The building will include amenities such as a 300-capacity fellowship hall, 600-seat auditorium, 17 classrooms, and a catering kitchen. Currently, installation of the façade is underway, with two-thirds of the windows already in place. One of the standout features of the design is the metal cross, elegantly suspended from the arched motif on the bulkhead.
