In April 2024, our CEO, Michelle Edler, COO Michael Wolf , VP of Strategy and Optimization Akshar Wunnava visited our India office. This was first visit of Michelle post taking over CEO role. In her words, “Our PSG team is a hidden gem in the organization. I have been working in Asia for over 20 years of my career, and in all those years, I have never worked with a team that is so in touch with our US customer needs … and so focused on delivering best-in-class quality and cycle times. Our PSG engineering team primarily focuses on Telecom Wireline design and electrical engineering design for the Solar and General Commercial sectors. Over the past five years, the PSG team has grown from 15 to over 700 engineers, plus 300 professionals in key roles supporting our teams in India and North America. A special note of thanks to our PSG Leadership Team, Sandeep Sudeep, Upendra Sharma, Akash Vashisth, Vikrant Mathur, Kapil Sehgal, and Arvind Bhatia … who all tirelessly lead two-shift operations to help get our engineering work done in half the time for our customers with best-in-industry quality.” Our PSG team continues to relentlessly add value to our stakeholders #PearceProud #PSGProud #WearePEARCE

Pearce Academy Dallas is OFFICIALLY OPEN! Monday, May 13th we celebrated the Grand Opening of our state-of-the-art training facility along with members of the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce and Mayor TJ Gilmore! Members of our board and executive team were onsite, along with our current training classes and trainers! This grand opening marks an incredible milestone in Pearce’s evolution! With this new facility, we will set the industry standard in training, safety, and technician investment for all of our service lines. We’re so proud of the hard work of our Dallas team led by Travis Dees, John Hornbeck and Omar Camargo, and can’t wait to meet all the incredible techs that will come through these doors!
