“While part of the program in 2017, I specialized in finance but then found gaming operations! After completing the program, I transitioned to assistant slot shift manager and was then promoted to assistant casino manager, helping oversee slot operations, table games, and poker. Wanting to learn more about the entire business, I accepted a position at corporate as an executive assistant helping run the day-to-day operations as well as working on special projects. It all started with LEAP! ”

LEAP is a career development program for college/university students nearing graduation or recent graduates. While rotating through several job areas, expect hands-on training, mentoring, and real-world experiences. After discovering what excites you, shift into focusing on one job area working on special projects. The program wraps up with a trip to one of our 43 properties.
