The PHRC joins the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in support of new Title IX rule preventing discrimination in public schools based on sexual orientation and gender identity. It also reminds Pennsylvanians the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act will continue to offer protections to students despite any legal challenges to the forthcoming regulations.
