Does your organization have an external board or body to which it must report? Are you a business owner with limited operational, financial, or advisory support? Does your company lack internal capabilities and could benefit from an external perspective? If you answered yes to any one of these questions, hear from Percipio’s Risk Advisory Lead Kyle Renalds, CPA, CFE around why you should embrace, and not fear, the dreaded…. internal audit.

The tool met the requirements, but people aren't using it to its full potential and are reverting to old methods (ahem...Excel). Was it a flawed implementation, or is your culture resisting the change? Change expert Erin Sinha can help ensure that your team has the right mindset for the next time your team implements a new system.

Congratulations to our very own Heather McClellan, MPA, and her husband Ivan McClellan for their incredible video feature in the new PDX Airport terminal. Consultant by day, producer and mom of three by <very late> night, Heather’s energy is boundless. We are all in awe of the impact and creativity she brings to our clients and local community, and we can’t wait to see where she and Ivan go from here. Port of Portland #8secs https://eightsecs.com/
Watch closely and you might see butterflies around a misty waterfall or an Oregon cowboy at the new PDX. These 120-foot-long video walls above the security checkpoints are ever-changing digital canvases that spotlight the region’s natural beauty while bringing calm to your travels. From how light hits the forest to the texture of the Painted Hills at sunset, our creative partners at dotdotdash and Half Sister Studio digitally recreated six stunning imaginary landscapes. The scenes shift based on the time of day, weather, and even how many people are traveling through PDX. This 24-hour art installation will also include digital artwork by local artists and artists exploring the PNW. First up is local Ivan McClellan’s video vignettes filmed in Leslie Gulch, OR that feature powerful portraits of Black cowboy culture. Read more: https://lnkd.in/ddPREhBf

"Unprecedented times" is a term we have been hearing all too often over the past few years. A few weeks ago, some of our expert change practitioners Irene Barnett and Laura Mumford joined Lisa Hovey and Bill Hefferman to discuss how to help teams navigate these challenges with resilience. Watch the recording below to learn more: https://lnkd.in/gm7Ce2ba. We would love to hear how your teams are working to foster resilience in these challenging times, so drop your thoughts in the comments.
