We are proud to announce the acquisition of our brand new Bobst Blanker Die Cutter. It is equipped with optical lateral register for perfect registration of your final printed piece. It is rated at a top speed of 8,000 sheets per hour and has a maximum sheet size of 29 7/8” x 41 ¾”. On our website there is a video of this machine running. It allows die cut material to go straight to the high speed folder/gluer machines with no need to strip the waste off the final piece, allowing for a much faster turnaround time. Our turnaround times haven’t changed from pre Covid-19 because we are constantly monitoring the projects we have in house, and scheduling new projects that are coming in. We still have two shifts that operate from 6:30 am-12:30am to ensure we meet social distancing requirements and meet customer deadlines. We are presently putting the finishing touches on our brand new two story building which will occupy 30,000 sq. ft. and will bring the total square footage to 80,000 sq. ft. for both buildings.
