The use case of Maricopa County is a fascinating example of FGA implementation 🇺🇸 🤔 Handling a voting system that serves millions poses two interesting challenges: 🔴 Precise control over who can access specific data and perform specific actions within the system is needed. Basic RBAC wasn't enough for this, so they had to employ a more precise control mechanism—that's where FGA came in. ⚪ There is the challenge of managing permissions for a large and fluctuating workforce, especially during election periods. Manually managing these permissions by writing policy code is a complex, time-consuming process for every organization, especially for one this large. 🔵 This type of use case is exactly why Permit.io exists: to support FGA with a no-code UI that allows non-technical stakeholders to take an active part in application security.
