Introducing "Meet the Owners," our new Employee Owner spotlight series! First up, meet Grant Schulte, Project Manager - Order Management. To Grant, being an Employee Owner means "everyone is mutually invested in doing what’s best for our company to help drive our stock value. It means that when I dig deep and really work hard on a project, I, and my fellow EOs, can be rewarded with a possible increase in stock value. It’s a great source of motivation! It’s having that 'Skin in the game' as we like to say." Grant is also a member of our ESOP Committee! After 6 years with PFS, his favorite part of the culture is having fun while at work. "If you’re not having fun then it’s not likely that you will enjoy success, especially in the long run. Having fun keeps people refreshed and motivated.
