🦠⚠️ Measles can cause significant disruptions in daily life. In the event of a measles outbreak at a school or childcare center, unvaccinated children may need to stay at home for a minimum of 21 days. This can pose a major challenge for families, leading to interruptions in education and causing parents to miss work. To protect your child or yourself, please schedule a vaccination appointment by contacting us at 303-602-3520 or by using MyChart at https://ow.ly/n0RP50SCzF0. #PHIDenverHealth #PublicHealth Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment

✨What is the Specialized Co-Enrollment Program (Co-Enrollment)? This is an innovative collaboration between the Public Health Institute at Denver Health, Denver Health (DH) and Denver WIC to streamline WIC education, enrollment, and benefits for DH patients and families. The program is designed to boost the number of eligible but not currently enrolled (EBNE) individuals in the WIC program. It also aims to ensure that those already enrolled continue to receive WIC benefits by coordinating medical visits. This initiative is particularly focused on increasing WIC enrollment among EBNE pregnant women and children aged 0-5 who are receiving care at DH. 🫄👶 🫶 We are here to answer all your questions https://ow.ly/lelQ50SxtXY 💡Learn more about the program at https://ow.ly/6fLj50SxtY0 #PHIDenverHealth
