Picadeli US is the operator and exclusive licensee of the Picadeli brand in the US. Picadeli is the leading turn-key tech-enabled Salad Bar concept in Europe with over 2,200 locations in seven countries, including the two largest in Europe, France, and Germany. In 2019, Picadeli sold +45 million salads through its predominantly in-grocery store salad bars. Picadeli’s vision is to create a world where fast food is the opposite of junk food, and people are given opportunities to eat smarter and healthier while doing so in a convenient way.
