Our Business Development Director, Hamilton Holmes, Jr., recently hosted the South Metro Council for Quality Growth meeting, where Rod Mullice of Windsor Stevens provided valuable insights regarding his experiences developing residential projects in the metro Atlanta area. In honor of National Senior Citizens Day, Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects is proud to highlight Village Park Senior Living, LLC in City of Alpharetta, Georgia. This Galerie Living development showcases thoughtfully designed spaces, including courtyard views, a sunroom, a bistro-style dining area, and expansive gathering spaces, all crafted to enhance the lifestyle of active seniors.

Great event at the Northside North Shore Chamber of Commerce August Coffee & Contacts, hosted at the new Allegheny Center Alliance Church Community Hub designed by Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects. Attendees praised the Hub's layout, which seamlessly connects the ACAC Campus. Ken Turnbull, Pastor of Advancement & Operations, pictured with Robin R Zoufalik, highlighted the collaborative efforts to make this Hub a vibrant community resource with thoughtfully designed spaces for children, teens, and adults. 

Congratulations to Charlotte Hegwood for winning Photo of the Month! Her photograph captures the award-winning City of Roswell, Georgia Fire Station #4. This facility features a 3-bay, drive-thru engine room with high-speed bi-folding doors, designed to ensure our firefighters can respond swiftly to emergencies. Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects collaborated closely with the Fire Chief and firefighters to integrate their ideas into the design.

Pieper O'Brien Herr Architects designed the new 162,000-SF manufacturing and storage facility in Dawsonville, GA for BTD Manufacturing of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota . This photo was taken during the recent Topping Out Ceremony held within the partially-completed building.
