Excited to welcome back Ella to the PollyLabs team - this time as a full-time team member! Ella first joined us last summer as a Strategy intern, working on various initiatives including incubation efforts, strategy development, and fun stuff planning (hence this delightful photo) an d recently rejoined as a full time senior associate. Ella is a true team player who thinks above and beyond her immediate tasks and connects dots masterfully. Her incredible experience in both private and public sectors makes her perfect for her new role as our first full-time Senior Associate.
