Construction of the Drop and Pull Rail Tracks at the Texas Logistics Center, situated at the Port of Victoria, has officially commenced!!! This project will offer dual rail service from both the Union Pacific Railroad and BNSF Railway, covering over 2,700 acres of land earmarked for future development. The Victoria County Navigation District is in discussions with EE North America to bring an e-methanol project to the Port of Victoria. Project Nightshade, LLC, is entering into a two-year lease option to conduct site evaluations on a premium 30.8-acre site at the Port’s North Industrial Park. If the partnership comes to fruition, Project Nightshade, LLC will enter a 30-year initial lease and invest hundreds of millions in infrastructure at the Port. A revolution in green energy production continues at the Port of Victoria with the recent discussions between the Victoria County Navigation District and EE North America on a potential e-methanol project.
