    GOOD AMERICAN switched to PostPilot from another vendor to effectively hit their full-funnel. 👖📬 It's working. The team first A/B tested winback campaigns, and once a winner was ID'd, we set up programmatic version of the campaign. Now, when customers hit certain RFM parameters, we automatically send them a postcard to drive a repurchase. 💌 Those campaigns are driving an 8x+ ROI and $1.40 in incremental revenue PER SEND. (That's data they can track in real-time campaign dashboards.) Performance Marketing Manager Caitlin McKenna said: "PostPilot has an incredibly streamlined reporting process that allows us to easily analyze data and performance.” The team recently launched their first cold prospecting campaign with us, too.     PostPilot NYC Takeover! We came. We saw. We took $250 pedicab rides. In preparation for BFCM and our upcoming AcquisitionAI launch, we brought our 25-person account management team to NYC last week. Part of the challenge of running a 100% remote team is building the culture . . .and getting on the same page. So for five days we trained, bonded, and generally hung out. Highlights: • We took over a great pizzaria. • We had great Tapas at Boqueria. • We took over SPIN Pong for a night. • We closed down Union Square Cafe. • We did the obligatory Times Square visit. • We partied at a rave in Brooklyn (ahem . . . not all of us). • We ran breakout groups about how to best handle specific customer issues. We celebrated, we bonded, and we got ready for BFCM. The best part? Our team put all this on. We've developed great leaders and a culture on our teams, and this account management group was really fun. It was the culmination of a year of meetups -- can't wait to hit it again in 2025!
