Presenting her with the award is Chief Medical Officer, Ana Davitt, MD. 🏥⭐ Here is her nomination: A patient’s wife left a review for Dr. Tuffy and the Pottstown ER after her husband was cared for in the ER. She stated that she “could not speak highly enough of Pottstown ER and Dr. Tuffy.” She wrote that the entire experience, from the moment her husband walked in, was FANTASTIC. She noted that the entire staff was friendly, kind, and efficient, and emphasized that Dr. Tuffy was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all their questions and concerns. Pottstown Hospital recently awarded a Certificate of Excellence to Aaron Serulneck, PA-c - General Surgery. Presenting him with the award is Chief Medical Officer, Ana Davitt, MD. Aaron was nominated for going above and beyond to provide lifesaving care to a pediatric ER patient. The patient arrived in the ER as Aaron was leaving the hospital at the end of a shift. Aaron came back into the hospital and helped the ER team stabilize the patient, placing a chest tube. The patient was transferred to another hospital for pediatric trauma care, survived his injury and was discharged one week later.
