We're grateful our President Bill Grogan was able to celebrate the signing of the Affordable Homes Act with Governor Healey and Lieutenant Governor Driscoll. The passing of this bill significantly increases the amount of money available for affordable housing, reduces barriers to the production and preservation of housing, and gives communities tools to develop more housing; this includes funding for multiple projects in our pipeline across the State, allowing them to move forward. We're thankful for our State leaders and legislators for making affordable housing a priority in MA, and for their ongoing dedication and support of our work.
