(PCE) is an established, full-service civil engineering firm with 20 years of experience providing comprehensive and sustainable solutions for a wide range of complex projects in the Central Valley of California. Our roots are firmly established by fifth-generation California resident and company President & CEO, Ed Dunkel Jr., whose family has proved engineering services throughout the state for more than 57 years. Today, our firm employs over 50 full-time staff members with offices in Fresno and Merced. Our knowledgeable and diverse staff has the experience and commitment necessary to produce outstanding and innovative work.
