A Digital Twin (DT) is More Than a 3D Copy of a Real World Asset. A DT is a full simulatable model, including 3D representation, that has physical properties attached, as well as some simulated behaviors or mathematical models. The complexity of the simulation could be a behavioral definition, but it could go to a full physics simulation (like finite elements). A DT of medium complexity fidelity can be simulated in real-time, allowing deploying immersive experiences in NVIDIA Omniverse or Unity, with applications like: - Mission Control - Automated Testing - Training - Teleoperation The real potential of a Digital Twin is to connect it to the Real Asset using some kind of telemetry, for example, IIoT devices to gather internal and external device state information. This allow to compare how the DT simulation performance deviates from the real asset behavior, to correct the asset goals, or to improve the mathematical (or AI) model of the asset for the simulation. > Do you want to discuss the possibilities with a particular asset?
