We are hiring! Prep Network is seeking a Housing Experience Specialist. As a Housing Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating Scout, Director, Team Comp Rooms, and internal travel reservations. Your core responsibilities will include: • Organize travel reservations for Scouts, Directors, and Teams, securing timely and accurate bookings within the ARN reservation system for paid or comp room reservations. • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to gather ARN hotel reservation confirmation numbers, deliver rooming lists promptly, and ensure timely processing of reservation adjustments. • Collaborate with our Customer Experience team to organize and collect data, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies by participating teams. • Support internal and external travelers with the ARN booking process and oversee team hotel reservations. • Keep the ARN system updated with the latest hotel and property contacts to ensure accuracy and efficiency. We are thrilled to announce the year two Grow the Dream scholarship award winners! Prep Network and the Grow the Dream Foundation share the mission of seeking to make college athletics a reality for more aspiring high schoolers across the country. The Grow The Dream Scholarship is a yearly scholarship for high school seniors who have earned a spot on an athletic roster at a college or university in the state of Minnesota. GameChanger is the official scorekeeping, stats, and team management app for Prep Hoops, Prep Girls Hoops, Prep Hoops Next, Prep Soccer, Prep Dig & Prep Redzone. GameChanger will be providing iPads to be used for every Prep Hoops, Prep Girls Hoops, and Prep Hoops Next tournament, ensuring participating teams can seamlessly score and track stats.
