We love sharing the amazing work our employees provide in the field during pre hospital care. We received an email from a nurse from Lawrence General ER. She couldn’t say enough about the care provided by Casey and Ashleigh. Casey and Ashleigh brought a young patient into the ER who got their finger stuck in a metal table. “They demonstrated the essence of EMS and healthcare through their comforting words and compassion for this child.” It was the simple things they did, like holding thier hand as well as talking to the patient about school and the piano, all the while keeping the patient calm while caring for the patient. “As a new ER nurse, the focus has been on learning hands-on treatment and skills. Casey and Ashley showed me some of the most valuable skills; ways to care for and not forget the human/person during a traumatic and dangerous situation.” Great job Casey and Ashleigh. Thank you for being a tremendous representative in the field and caring for your patient like they were family.
