I'm excited to dedicate my first LinkedIn post to my incredible internship experience at The Bowdoin Group. Over the past 8 weeks, being part of such an outstanding team has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity. During my time at The Bowdoin Group, I had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the business, including data entry, marketing, business development research, sourcing, and accounting. I even got to conduct my own research on the impact of Al in the recruiting industry, which was very interesting! This role truly offered me a well-rounded, 360-degree view of the company. I'd like to give a special shoutout to my manager, Ariana Hegarty. Her mentorship was incredibly valuable; she provided continuous support and made an effort to check in regularly, ensuring I was learning and growing throughout the internship. I really could not have done it without her!✨ I also want to thank everyone at The Bowdoin Group who involved me in various projects and offered their support. My internship wouldn't have been complete without you all! Finally, a big thank you to Project Onramp for connecting me with The Bowdoin Group, which allowed me to gain insight into the life sciences industry. Additionally, the professional development sessions provided by Project Onramp were both helpful and insightful. Thank you all for making this summer so impactful and rewarding!❤️
